While 20th Century Fox has yet to green light a sequel to Kingsman: The Secret Service it would seem that director and co-writer Matthew Vaughn is already making plans for a second film, which could make a lot of Colin Firth fans happy.

ABC STUDIOS PANEL – HAYLEY ATWELL & CLARK GREGG

Flagship television network ABC Studios is amidst a World Tour, promoting a plethora of their sparkling content. Armed with stars from their most popular shows and prepping to meet and greet hundreds of fans, the company were allotted time to chat with press when they stopped off in the British Capital.

Filmoria was entitled to attend Monday’s junket which included Hayley Atwell of Marvel’s Agent Carter and Clark Gregg of Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD as well as performers from Criminal Minds, Grey’s Anatomy and How to Get Away with Murder. We caught up with the superhero twosome to find out what they had to say about life on their respective Marvel shows, the possibility of Peggy and Coulson teaming up and a few other things too.

NEW TRAILER FOR ‘KINGSMAN: THE SECRET SERVICE’

Not looking forward to the cinematic début of Christian Grey next year? Worried you may have to avoid the cinema for the whole of February? Then Kingsman: The Secret Service might be right up your street. Based on the Dave Gibbons and Mark Millar comic book, The Secret Service. The film was supposed to be released next month but it has now been put back to next February. Which now means Kingsman: The Secret Service will go head to head with Fifty Shades of Grey and judging from the new trailer it’s perfect for those of us who hate the E.L James novels.

Directed by X Men First Class director Matthew Vaughn and adapted by Jane Goldman the film tells the story of Eggsy (Taron Egerton) who is recruited by Harry Hart (Colin Firth) to help him stop the evil Valentine (Samuel L Jackson). But will a street kid from the wrong side of the tracks be good enough to become an international spy and help Harry save the day?

Kingsman: The Secret Service stars Colin Firth, Samuel L Jackson, Michael Caine, Mark Strong and Taron Egerton and is directed by Mathew Vaughn. The film will be released on 5th February 2015 in the UK and 13th February in the USA.
